Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing staff.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including personnel files, attendance, and leave balances.
- Support timekeeping and payroll processing by verifying work hours, overtime, and benefits eligibility.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover) for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
- Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and records management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
