Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HRIS.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance.
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is a plus.
