Responsibility

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HRIS.
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance.
  • Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is a plus.
