Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the sports industry.
- Design and deliver employee engagement programs to foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and career development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and change management.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, mitigating risks and promoting ethical practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or strategic HR role.
- Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices in a multinational or dynamic industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable HR strategies.
- Passion for the sports industry and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
