Responsibility

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the sports industry.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement programs to foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and career development.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and change management.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, mitigating risks and promoting ethical practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or strategic HR role.
  • Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices in a multinational or dynamic industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable HR strategies.
  • Passion for the sports industry and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
