As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by managing employee records, processing insurance and loan documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will work closely with our HR team to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, assist in recruitment processes, and contribute to various HR initiatives.

Responsibility
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process and encode insurance and company loan documentation.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
