Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and vendor relations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Experience in a multinational or technology-driven environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
