Responsibility

  • Administer and maintain the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Process and manage payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of HR processes and systems.
  • Provide support for employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HR system-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HRMS administration.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
