Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate evaluation criteria.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting Capcoâs culture, values, and career opportunities through digital and in-person channels.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to organize career fairs, webinars, and campus recruitment events.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in corporate services, consulting, or financial services.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for mid-to-senior-level roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and hiring practices (preferred but not mandatory).
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to inform decision-making.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
