Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for all staff.
- Conduct performance management cycles, including appraisals, goal-setting, and development planning.
- Resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
