Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with company values and business needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, career development, and retention strategies.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness across the organization.
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, resolving conflicts and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Manage HR analytics and reporting to inform data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR best practices, organizational design, and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analytics is advantageous.
- Indonesian nationality and willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
