Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations for all levels of positions.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Maintain and update HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and industry standards in all HR practices.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct exit interviews and implement feedback to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role focused on recruitment.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in manufacturing or apparel industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or local ATS tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or local equivalents) are a plus.
