Responsibility
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, under expert guidance.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit for client roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences through timely communication and feedback.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills in negotiation, sales, and client management.
- Contribute to team targets by meeting weekly and monthly placement goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – Full training provided for the right attitude and aptitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
