Responsibility

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, under expert guidance.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline using job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit for client roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences through timely communication and feedback.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop skills in negotiation, sales, and client management.
  • Contribute to team targets by meeting weekly and monthly placement goals.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required – Full training provided for the right attitude and aptitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
