We seek a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional to support our growing team in Bali. This position is ideal for an immediate starter who can hit the ground running. You’ll work closely with leadership to implement HR best practices, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with our global standards.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational restructuring initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or generalist role.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance in Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or local HR accreditations are highly desirable.
