Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with check-ins, appointments, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to schedule appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Provide administrative support, including billing, insurance claims, and inventory management.
- Assist with basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining medical equipment.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, preferably in a patient-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and medical billing systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion when handling sensitive patient information.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
