Responsibility

  • Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner upon arrival at the clinic or hospital.
  • Manage patient check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including personal details, medical history, and insurance information.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about services, appointments, and policies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve patient concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or medical software is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor with a patient-centered and empathetic approach.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
