In this pivotal role, you will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with businesses that complement our lending services, expanding our reach and enhancing customer value. Based in Bali’s vibrant business hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), you’ll leverage your expertise to create mutually beneficial collaborations that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to expand the company’s lending ecosystem in Bali and beyond.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners, including banks, fintechs, e-commerce platforms, and SME networks.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with business objectives and drive measurable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, legal) to ensure seamless partnership integration and activation.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and partners, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on partnership progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, particularly Bali’s business landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a contract-based role.
- Familiarity with digital lending, payment solutions, or SME financing is highly advantageous.
