Responsibility

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to expand market share in the HVAC and air conditioning sector.
  • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential corporate clients, contractors, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to close deals and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, air conditioning, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives and technical buyers.
  • Deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems, product specifications, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
