Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate contracts, group bookings, and partnerships with travel agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including tour operators, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) organizers, and luxury travel planners.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, promotions, and digital campaigns to attract high-value guests.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages that align with the hotel’s branding and profitability goals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Represent Bliss Surfer Hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of hospitality sales software, CRM systems, and revenue management tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of the Bali tourism market and its key stakeholders is highly advantageous.
