Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right sports products based on their needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Stay updated on the latest sports trends, product features, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and inventory management as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Passion for sports and fitness, with a basic understanding of sports products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak shopping periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
