Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our B2B client base in the air conditioning sector.
- Identify and engage potential business clients, including hotels, offices, and commercial properties.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our air conditioning solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position our products effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
