Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our B2B client base in the air conditioning sector.
  • Identify and engage potential business clients, including hotels, offices, and commercial properties.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our air conditioning solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position our products effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
