Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for condensed milk and dairy products in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Provide product training and support to clients and internal teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
