Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with Indonesia’s top Telco providers to drive Google’s business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through innovative collaboration models with Telco partners.
- Negotiate and close high-impact commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for Google and partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level executives and key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform partnership strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Legal, Marketing) to align partnership initiatives with Google’s broader goals.
- Drive performance metrics (e.g., revenue growth, user acquisition) and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
- Represent Google at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales within the Telco or tech industry.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals with large enterprise partners.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s telecommunications landscape, including key players, regulations, and emerging trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
