Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in Bali, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and business growth initiatives to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value client portfolios.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
