Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the tools and equipment sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials that drive lead generation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our tools and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the tools, equipment, or industrial sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and events.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation are preferred.
