Responsibility
- Execute in-store promotions and product demonstrations at partner retail locations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs for assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitor activities
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports
- Ensure product displays and merchandising meet brand standards
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Represent the brand professionally at all times, embodying our values and mission
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or promotions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Own transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry
- Passion for building customer relationships and driving brand loyalty
