Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, LTV) and provide actionable insights to refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategies.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage budget allocation across channels, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, visuals, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in performance marketing, PPC, and programmatic advertising.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and influencers.
- Report on KPIs and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling ad narratives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a strong advantage.
