Responsibility
- Oversee and execute packaging operations to ensure products are packed efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect and verify the quality of packaged products to meet company standards.
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily packaging targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the packaging area.
- Maintain accurate records of packaged products and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in training new team members on packaging procedures and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, or logistics.
