Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of outlet staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members and improve service standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive foot traffic.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with the retail landscape in Bali is a plus.
