Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage Oracle Middleware solutions, including WebLogic, SOA Suite, and Oracle Service Bus.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex middleware issues, providing expert-level support.
- Develop and maintain documentation for middleware configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for middleware environments.
- Lead migration and upgrade projects for Oracle Middleware components.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Middleware trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Middleware Administrator/Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Oracle WebLogic, SOA Suite, and Oracle Service Bus.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and cloud-based middleware solutions.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is preferred.
