Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications tailored to client needs.
- Lead end-to-end HFM lifecycle projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize financial consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with finance teams to align HFM solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HFM issues, providing technical support and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
- Mentor junior developers and provide knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Stay updated with Oracle HFM updates, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including implementation and support.
- Proven expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes within HFM.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) suite, including FDMEE, FDM, or DRM.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or scripting for data integration and automation.
- Familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, or other financial compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
