Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Integrate AI and machine learning models using Python for HR analytics.
- Create and optimize Tableau dashboards for HR data visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle HCM and related systems.
- Develop custom Java-based integrations for Oracle HCM.
- Ensure data security and compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development.
- Proficiency in Java and Python for AI/ML applications.
- Strong experience with Tableau for data visualization.
- Familiarity with HR processes and Oracle HCM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
