Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to identify database requirements and pain points, translating business goals into technical solutions.
- Design, configure, and deploy custom database management systems tailored to client specifications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices for database optimization, migration, and maintenance.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions and documentation to empower end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine solution offerings based on market trends and client feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to database performance, integration, or functionality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, cloud databases) and recommend innovative tools or methodologies.
- Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate the value of Quazar’s solutions to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, AWS) are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Database Administrator, or similar role in the ICT sector.
- Proven expertise in database design, implementation, and optimization (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or proprietary systems).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business benefits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders and technical teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and API integrations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting, with a focus on Bali-based operations.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a bonus.
