Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions for finance operations, including RPA, NLP, and machine learning models.
- Identify and assess high-impact automation opportunities within finance workflows (e.g., invoicing, reconciliation, reporting).
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align automation strategies with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI and automation adoption, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI and scalability.
- Oversee the integration of automation tools with existing ERP, CRM, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize automated processes.
- Mentor and upskill team members on AI/automation best practices and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory standards in all automation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation, with a focus on finance operations.
- Proven expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of financial processes (AP/AR, GL, FP&A) and ERP systems.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end automation projects.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Java for scripting and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Certifications in AI, RPA, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
