Responsibility
- Assist in the development and optimization of mapping algorithms for autonomous vehicles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mapping solutions into broader autonomous systems.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies in geospatial data processing and machine learning.
- Write, test, and debug code in Python, C++, or other relevant programming languages.
- Analyze and visualize geospatial data to improve mapping accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation for internal tools.
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in mapping software.
- Present findings and progress updates in team meetings and technical reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with geospatial data, GIS tools, or mapping technologies is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
