Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients to define conversational goals, user personas, and tone of voice for AI chatbots.
- Design and refine text responses, dialogue trees, and interactive scripts to optimize user engagement.
- Test and iterate on conversational flows using NLP platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, or custom solutions).
- Analyze user interactions to identify pain points and improve response accuracy and relevance.
- Work with cross-functional teams (developers, UX designers) to integrate chatbot solutions into digital ecosystems.
- Stay updated on AI, machine learning, and conversational design trends to propose innovative features.
- Document design processes, user feedback, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Assist in training AI models with datasets to enhance language understanding and contextual responses.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of NLP, chatbot frameworks, or conversational AI (academic projects or internships are a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for user-centered design.
- Familiarity with tools like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Python (for scripting).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (remote/hybrid options available).
- Portfolio or samples of writing, UX copy, or chatbot prototypes (even academic) are highly encouraged.
- Willingness to relocate to or already based in Bali, Indonesia.
