Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
- Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for ML models.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.
- Develop and maintain ML pipelines for automated training and deployment.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Document processes, methodologies, and outcomes for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment tools.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
