Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and deployment of Wi-Fi network projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal Wi-Fi coverage and performance requirements.
- Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi equipment, including access points, controllers, and network switches.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance reliability and speed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and reports.
- Stay updated with emerging Wi-Fi technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Wi-Fi network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of wireless networking protocols, standards (e.g., 802.11ac/ax), and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, or Ubiquiti.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CWNA, CCNA Wireless) are a plus.
