Responsibility
- Provide first-level IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure, including printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operation of systems and networks.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to prevent potential issues.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and software usage.
- Document IT processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
