As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and quality across the organization. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term engagement, offering a competitive salary of âą40,000 per month (or equivalent in IDR). Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies.
- Analyze workflows, data, and performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement process enhancements that drive operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact of continuous improvement projects to stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or Pareto Analysis to address systemic issues.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and mentoring team members on best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging methodologies in process optimization and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or a similar role.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or other process improvement frameworks is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and process mapping software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive buy-in and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative methodologies is advantageous.
