Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, configuration, and optimization of Apparel ERP systems to align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Design and implement EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions to facilitate seamless data exchange with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.
- Oversee inventory management systems, ensuring accuracy, real-time tracking, and efficient stock replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate supply chain modules, including procurement, logistics, and demand forecasting.
- Develop and maintain data analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights on supply chain performance, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct system audits and gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements or system upgrades.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on ERP and supply chain tools, ensuring high adoption rates and compliance with standardized procedures.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in apparel supply chain management to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, APICS) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Systems Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) in the apparel or textile industry.
- Proven expertise in EDI implementations and integration with third-party logistics (3PL) or retail systems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory control, demand planning, and vendor management.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities to bridge technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in system migration or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
