Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end operational processes in manufacturing, transport, and logistics to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve workflow, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to timelines.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Drive digital transformation by integrating advanced technologies and automation tools into operational workflows.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in operations management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
- Familiarity with lean management, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and meet tight deadlines.
