Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize daily engineering operations to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical processes.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track operational health and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process enhancements to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations engineering, process optimization, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects and improving operational workflows.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, maintenance protocols, and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, or other industry-specific compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
