Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in electrical circuits, control panels, and instrumentation devices.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Calibrate and test instrumentation tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules with minimal downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements for audit and reference purposes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, control panels, sensors, and industrial automation.
- Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, calibration tools, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO) and electrical codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia, with flexibility for shift or on-call duties as required.
