Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze the performance of solar PV systems to ensure optimal energy production and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions on solar installations to minimize downtime and maximize system reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and incident resolutions for internal and client review.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry best practices, and company policies in all O&M activities.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and local teams to enhance operational capabilities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in O&M processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance of solar PV systems or renewable energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, inverters, monitoring systems, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in using SCADA systems, data analysis tools, and maintenance software.
- Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Indonesia as needed.
