Responsibility
- Operate and maintain survey instruments, including total stations, GPS equipment, and levels.
- Conduct field surveys to collect accurate data for land development and construction projects.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings based on field measurements.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure survey data meets project requirements.
- Perform boundary and topographic surveys to support infrastructure planning.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all survey activities.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to land surveying.
- Provide technical support and training to junior survey staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Land Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Survey Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using survey instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
