As the resident expert, you will oversee the performance of 132kV electrical systems, ensuring uninterrupted power supply, regulatory adherence, and rapid emergency response. Your technical leadership will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our state-of-the-art facilities, supporting global clients in cloud computing, finance, and enterprise solutions.

Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 132kV electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety standards, including PUIL, PLN regulations, and IEEE guidelines.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize system uptime and reliability.
- Lead emergency response protocols for power outages, faults, or system failures, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, incident logs, and compliance documentation to management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facilities, IT, and security, to align electrical operations with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and operational staff on high-voltage system best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng, or 132kV Competency Certification) is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in high-voltage electrical systems, with at least 3 years in a resident engineer or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in 132kV switchgear, transformers, protection relays, and SCADA systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian electrical regulations (PLN, PUIL) and international standards (IEC, IEEE).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-call and respond to emergencies outside of standard business hours.
