Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and local/regional financial regulations.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.
- Maintain and update the vendor master database, including contact details, payment terms, and tax information.
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs, including multi-currency transactions.
- Generate financial reports and analysis related to accounts payable for management review.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize cash flow and working capital.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and audit preparations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role, preferably in a multinational or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial compliance in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvements.
