Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal postings, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making for real estate projects.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions with vendors, clients, and partners.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting and project milestones.
- Support tax compliance by preparing and filing necessary documentation in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate, construction, or property development industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
