Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks, providing insights to senior management.
- Support audit processes by preparing documentation and liaising with external auditors.
- Utilize financial software and ERP systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
