Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in compliance with company policies.
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable operations, including data entry, coding, and approval workflows.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to clarify billing inquiries and payment terms.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers, checks, and other payment methods while maintaining audit trails.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records, both digital and physical, for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency through automation or best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity for Manager level.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls relevant to AP functions.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
