Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and international standards.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, or partners to clarify financial queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Ensure timely submission of tax filings and regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
